accompanying services, covering complete product lifecycle. GVS
services cut expenses and shorten product startup time, thus giving
the customer a head start against the competitors.
Each type of service come in various flavours, aimed at different
levels of technical knowledge and also customer needs and wishes.
- To cover the earliest phases of a project, GVS system offers consulting services and involvement in planning and preparation of implementation of GVS equipment.
- For each and every GVS product, complete “turn-key” engineering is available, which stands for enginnering, installation of equipment, testing and putting into operation, acceptance testing and commissioning, maintenance and repair of GVS products.
- Training - for complex products GVS performs training courses with verbal and practical part. There are courses on the basic and advanced level of operation, and also specialist courses for engineering, installation, testing and maintenance.
- Technical support - “live” consulting, electronic support, sites survey, error surveillance and survey. All kinds of technical support are available in serbian, english and russian language. Documentation - technical support center distributes corrections and improved versions of documentation to the users.
- Maintenance is performed by repair center and field maintenance service. Software maintenance includes fault removal, data recovery and small improvements.
- GVS offers product uprades and accompanying services on upgrading of systems in operation.
- Engineering during system exploitation period is covered with uninstallation, packing and moving services.
