GVS Customer Support Centre provides a rich set of services:
- Training - for its products GVS performs training courses with verbal and practical part. There are courses on the basic and advanced level of operation, and also specialist courses for engineering, installation, testing and maintenance.
- Technical support - “live” consulting, electronic support, remote operation are a few of available kinds of technical support. All kinds of technical support are available in Serbian, English and Russian language.
- Maintenance is performed by repair center and field maintenance service. During technical support period, GVS provides repair services and stores spare parts for systems under technical support contract.
- Software maintenance includes fault removal, data recovery and small improvements.
The service level provided for a particular type of service is adjusted to the phase
of the product life-cycle.
Per customer request, it is possible to arrange a higher level of support in the later
phases of the product life-cycle.
During the mainstream product support phase, GVS provides product-related R&D services
to meet special customer requests. These include: hardware enhancements, customized
HW, software enhancements and new features.
